oh and the heart thing, you have to use a number pad,if you just have a laptop (that dosnt have the numbers on the side, just the top)then it wont work :(

Do you mean a heart like this ? ♥ If so this is how you get to it .

1. Go to your start bar
2. If you have window's visa start typeing in Character....
3. Then you will see a program called Character Map,Click on that. If you dont have visa, then i think it's in accessories.
4. Make sure the font is on arial then go down the list slowly till you find the heart you will also see's one's like these...

the heart thing only works if you have a COMP. , cos it doesnt work on laptops.

♥ <- that is done by pressing Alt + 3 on the number side on the right of the keyboard. :]
